Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free USPS First Class shipping on all US orders. First Class shipping takes 2 - 5 business days to be delivered, after your order is processed.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, we offer many options to upgrade your shipping to receive your order faster. At check-out choose the delivery option you would prefer including UPS Next Day and more. All upgraded shipping options are associated with an additional cost.
Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Box Addresses. For shipping to PO Box, please select USPS service.
Your happiness is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns (within 30 days) of unworn or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Item may be returned via USPS mail. The item must be securely packed and sent back with purchase account information (packing slip). Please note we are NOT responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly suggest using delivery confirmation for any return packages. You must apply postage to the returned package.
Brokerage fees and other related tariffs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping fees.
For our international customers please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
